Chief BUSINESS OFFICER (CBO)

Béez is an emerging innovative enterprise  in the domain of "Medically Assisted Reproduction (MAR)." The regional and EU funding organizations very well support the development of the Béez.    

One of the company's primary resources is the technology that is conceptualized with the MicroFSMA (842299) MSCA-IF grant and is being validated with the support of Region Bretagne. Béez is incubated in "L'association 7Technopole de Bretagne" through the "Emergys" program, where the company receives the conseils and assistance for its business and commercial developments. A French Patent (FR2205675) has been submitted for the developed technology. 

Beez Biotech is looking for a full-time "Chief Business Officers (CBO)" integration where he/she will receive support from already involved team members and the organization.   Requirements: 

•   You have a master's title in business administration (MBA) complemented by a research experience in pharma/biotech or medical device development.
• 5-Year or plus experience in business/market development of the pharma/biotech/healthcare development.
• You have good knowledge of the innovation process as well as financing of the biotech project. 
• Familiar with French/EU innovation and funding eco-system.
• Risk-taking capabilities, diligence, and motivation towards entrepreneurship. 
• High proficiency in English (C1) and in French (C2/mother tongue) languages.  

Responsibilities

• You demonstrate a natural ability to dialogue/collaborate with the R&D unit.
• Identify potential business risks and define mitigation.
• Formalize and manage the business-plan (BP).
• Define and lead the marketing strategy. 
• Collaborate in the private fund-raise process.
• Contribute to public grant writing and grant management.

Remunerations

• The probation period has been assigned for 6 months.
• No remuneration will be paid for the initial 6 months. 
• Post probation period, 10% stock of the company will be exchanged, and the candidate will be integrated as an associate member.
• Post probation period, 60 000 €/annually will be paid.
